Don't worry Rick, i'll get it on video.....i've been trying to get into the 5's for the past two years but I kept breaking stuff (suspension parts) and never could get the tires to hook up. Well i've switched to Mickey Thompsons and I feel like there 26x10 hooks up ALOT better then a Hoosier 26x10!! The car was launching like crazy this weekend, I was leaving the line at 3500rpms and it was pulling both tires up about a foot and a half off the ground, nice and evenly.....not just one side!! I think i'm really starting to get the bugs worked out of this suspension!!! Oh yea, not to mention the new shocks and springs in the rear.....or the hours upon hours I spent on the front end and alignment!!!!!
Thats awesome Stephen! You should be very proud........I know you will when you pull a 5! I am really looking forward to seeing that car at the round-up. Also, you should have ask me 2 years ago.......I would have told you the mickey's are much better tire than them hoosiers!
Going to test and tune this weekend....have added about 100lbs. of lead to the trunk......looking for some good wheelstands and consistent 6.99 passes!!!! I'll have some video footage of this trip to the track!!!!
