not really, Carbon fiber is very strong and thats why its used instead of fiberglass, some people like how it looks so much that they dont want to paint it.

this might be the wrong page to put this but i know you make the hoods also but i dont want a cowl i want a normal grabber can you do this or not? im not sure if i would paint it either but eventually i want to do car shows and i dont know if that look would earn me any points.

thanks! glad you got them! black the lights out too ;)

you can do what ever you want with it

right tha would be a good idea... but i would have get a stock grabber hood and cut it up since i would have to remove the frame to mold one correctly. also $$$ thats involved in molds and CF itself. CF has over doubled in price right now! so i would have to think about it. and also from what i heard that fiberglass ones in grabbers are that bad... then again people in the industry are so acustom to crappy stuff when something come half way decent they think its great when it is really not. maybe one day.

i don't know what other hood your talking about but i'm the only one that makes that hood. though my friends brother is trying to sell some which are mine that he really doesn't have... which is a bunch of :bs:

i sell it for $675 plus $150 shipping via truck line

yeah i can... i have a few first off molds where the end caps were off and i still have the center piece... but i just wanna sell the whole thing so all 3 pcs or just the center will be the same. if you are intrested i can give you a small % off. e-mail me... maverickman@maverickman.com i will be shipping stuff next thursday so if your interested you need to let me know asap.

    thanks

Just a note on this, Off Molds in Derrick's mind is still not very off. I purchased one of his so called "Off molds" and it is great, and nothing that a skilled mechanic or basic body man couldn't fix!

hey, there, the grabber spoiler you made is awesome, wonder if it will fit a 76 mav???

I may sound stupid or annoying, but have you ever thought making fiberglass small bumpers, maybe 3 piece bumpers, like the Ring Brothers's mustangs. I think they would look good and weigh a lot less than stock ones.

Another question, how much would be the charge for sending the spoiler (or hood) to Mexico???

    I'll answer for him.
No the spoiler will not work for a 1976 Maverick... Unless converted to small bumpers.
Also, another company already makes fiberglass small bumpers.(http://www.up22.com/amx68.htm)
