I once seen this goddess there at Barton Springs wearing a chocklate brown bikini, unbelieveable and undescribable here. It's a place I will and have gone to every summer since I can remember. There was a couple of times I didn't get to go, but they were closed anyway for some environmental wildlife reasons. Anyway, glad you found us. That 72 a 2 or 4 door? 6 or 8?
The view of Austin I love best is when I'm driving east on Hwy 71 from Oak Hill and take the North Mopac Exit Ramp. From up there you can see Downtown to the Right and the Hill Country (bee caves area) to the left. Just breath taking. Another view I like is all the hot girls downtown during SXSW anytime of the day or night. Breath taking as well. Is that better gene? ;-)
What year is your T-Bird, My last project a few years back was a 1968 Mercury Commuter with a 390. The interior was immaculate with no rips or burnt vinyl. No rust on the exterior. All I had to do to this machine was replace entire brake system, fuel system (except tank), and exhaust system. Flow masters, Offenhouser highrise, and 750 dp Holley made this engine sound and feel so powerful, original deep dish 15"x10" cragers on the rear and 15"x8" cragers in front with fat rubber, chrome of the wheels matched all the glass work and stainless steel trim. I regret selling her especially when I was notified that they didnt make many of these models. My wife used it for school and work, 8 city miles to the gallon.
Yes, mine is a 2 door. I have pictures on my thread http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=48952&page=2 clint
