Where is the best place to find a fuel gauge and speedometer? Both don’t work at all. Also what all will I need?

    Welcome.

Rather than just throwing parts at problems, troubleshooting should be first course of action. In some years the plastic housing deteriorates causing poor electrical connections. Assuming the dash lights operate, blinkers flash etc, gauge problem is likely in the tank. Resistance checks are in order, if you don't have a volt/ohm meter get one. Cheap at harbor freight. Next spend a little time learning to use it, lots of info on net.

Speedos rarely fail, check for disconnected or maybe broken cable.

The dash light do work and only the right blinker light inside works

You may have burnt out bulb. Pulling the gauge cluster and inspecting bulbs and copper circuit will probably give you an idea of the problem. If/when pulled, replace all bulbs, a lot of folks paint the inside of the housing "white" too increase visibility.
