Thanks for allowing me to be part of this community. I recently inherited a 1961 Comet from my grandparents and am totally in love with it! It was bought new in 1961 and its been in the family ever since. Routine maintenance has been done on it, it has been repainted and the original carpet has been replaced... It only has 29,000 on it! I will be replacing the carpet with the correct carpet in the coming months!

I'll be leaving it stock and just doing the little things to bring it back to how it was originally. It runs perfect so I don't see a need to modify it quite yet.
