    73 Maverick, 12 Nissan Frontier, 72 Bronco, 70 VW Bug
    So I had to join up and learn all about Mavericks and what to look for! My wife has wanted one for years and it's finally time to start the hunt. She wants a 74 or earlier V8 only. The only reason so far with the year is we want to sidestep the tough emission tests here.

    I have a 72 Bronco myself and if it wasn't for these great chat groups it would never be half the ride it is today! I'm looking forward to your future help. Jeff

    and by 75 disc brakes were standard, which is a big plus for me vs the early cars!

    but yeah 75 is the last year for exemption, the earlier cars look better but the parts will swap over to another year just fine :)
