Yeah I was sooooo glad I didn't have to take the driver side header off. I'll be picking up the seals in about 20 minutes and getting everything all ready for re installation tomorrow.

hei Eddie where have you been?? how's the car coming?

 

Been good, was sick for a bit, but still on track. I had to swap transmissions in the Maverick so that was a little bit of a setback. Today i'm working on installing a 100amp alt, and a keyless trunk latch. Should be ready to weld the exhaust up in a week or so as well. I'm slowly making progress, not going as fast as I wanted, but such is the case when you are basically re-engineering a old car.

i just installed my rear discs and this time i made the parking brakes work and they work like on a new car, with a 1'' spacer between the axle and spring leaf you have enough room for the cables i used the cables from the Crown vic it self i only had a little trouble connecting it to my mustang handle on the tunnel but other than that it went smooth
