    The ring connector looks kinda Mickey Mouse for the amps it is faced to deal with.

    now that you mention it, it does a look a little weak. I never paid attention to those things. After I install the new 3G alternator I'm gonna go look through the car and see if I found some other "disney grade" electrical jobs.

    LOL disney grade!!! i can see where that could have been causing it, however i would definately check for e ticket wires to the coil and ignition system before heading for the freeway unless bryant already checked them.....

    acording to my pos... if the fuse is in wrong it wont start up PERIOD!!:hmmm:
