For the past 20 years, I was running a Weber DGAV on a 250. Even had headers on there until they finally burned through and I went back to stock exhaust. I got tired of dragging the dual outlets over speed bumps. I used an adapter made by the now departed Clifford Research Company. Their design rotated the carb so that the linkage would have been 180 degrees off. I had aluminum tabs welded to the adaptor. Since hood clearance was an issue, I removed the PCV mounting plate and mounted the adaptor directly to the intake. I tapped a port in the adaptor for the PCV valve. I recently pulled the engine for a V8 upgrade. The assembly along with another Weber carb is sitting up in the attic. One of these days, Ill listed on the board or eBay and see if anyone is interested. Micah
