This is what a Marti Report looks like but it isnt going to have the Bearcat package on it I dont think as that was a dealer option package. The other pic is a sign I use at shows made by a local friend about $25.00 if you ever want one. You can also get a replacement window sticker for the car at Marti.

Thank you all! And thank you Tlowery! I am going to be ordering my marti report when I get the funds at the beginning of the year! I'll let you all know how it goes. And it's great to see some people from Georgia here on this forum....please let me know if you all have any get togethers! I'd be happy to join, if there are not too far away.

    Update!!!

Well, we got the Comet out and running right!! After 16 years, she's on the road again on her own power!! I took it over to my Mom's so she could drive it and she had tears in her eyes because she had told me that she would never see it on the road again, much less drive it! It was AWESOME! Just wanted to fill you guys and girls in on it and post some pictures of the engine after I got some of the cleanup done on it. The only thing that we've had to replace so far is the distributor. I went back to the old points system (like my old comet was) and got rid of that old control box for the other distributor that leaked a goo all down the shock tower. Hope you all enjoy!

I also throwed in some pictures of my ID Tags on the door jams...I'll probably need those for my Marti report!

Thank you sooooo much, guys! And you are right! This car has really brought our family together! Even my husband has gotten the "Comet Fever"! He loves to work on it with me! God Bless you too, Jim! I'll keep everyone updated on the rest of the car! Still have a lot of work to do, but we sure are having fun doing it! Even got my two boys involved!
