hood lip molding restoration?

    They use to be on Ebay, but I haven't seen them for awhile. But George was also buying them direct from the guy at one point..

    I occasionally see NOS ones on ebay. I haven't seen one in a while...so we are about due for one!!

    There is a guy out in Cali (Jeffsfordpieces) that will sell restored/polished ones on ebay. I bought one a couple of months ago and it looks great. They are not re-anodized just polished but for as much as my car will see outside it should hold up great.

    I wonder if the Brazilian ones are being made still? Anyone know of any brazilian mav websites?

    Thankfully I bought a new one when they were still available from Ford. Needless to say I'm very careful not to bend it.

    Any ideas of what a very nice damage free Comet hood molding would be worth? I'm listing one on ebay soon. Not sure where I should start the bid.
