How hot should engine be allowed to get? Electric Fan Install

    Why put a Chevy LS motor in an old Ford? Ford didn't design it that way and the stock motor should be good enough, right? :huh:

    And then why put a carburetor on an LS motor? Wasn't designed or intended to be used that way either.

    I always have to laugh at the gall of some people to think they can improve on something that a hundred designers and millions of dollars took to produce. The mfgrs know everything and the factory version is always perfect. :slap:

    I guess I'm just a Ford diehard, I think everything should stay as Ford designed it. that's why I removed the complete Ford motor and trans and replaced it with the LS/700R4 trans. (I did use an aftermarket E-fan).
