Just ONE for me, and am wishing I had never laid eyes on this POS!!!!!!!!!!! One humongous money pit!!!!!
just got my 1971 grabber on the road today. did some research and found out the 302 V8 is the only thing mine is missing to be a full options car
I'm up with one more. I Bought the Grabber Blue car that was on E-bay about two weeks ago out in Texas with the 9 inch and 347 in it....It's a sickness and there is no cure...GJ
I had made it to 29 cars but I sold two,one a young man who is working hard on rebuilding it,and from what I here working fast.Unfortunatly I found the other in my local p-a-p.I saved what i could.I now have 27 Mavs and Comets.I have around 47 cars and trucks all together. Some good and some not so good.I'm gonna get rid of the 4-dr stuff.I've got to figure out where on here to put the parts. It's not an illness,It's a way of LIFE.
I have owened a total of 4 now. In 72 I had a dealer special, 72 Mod Maverick, then in 75 I got a 75 Maverick Grabber and at this time I have 2 72 Mavericks, one is a parts car the other I am cloning into a Mod Maverick.
maverick owned Been a 1972 Gran Torino since 1987 bought my first Maverick last year. I am the 3rd owner the 1st out side of the family that bought the car in 1973. The orginal owner bought it for a vaction car. He didn't start driving every day until 1993 then as a work car(got better millage than his 1988 F-150) Then in 2004 gave it to his son who never put it on the road let it sit until I bought it in aug 2010
