Back running, proceeding with break in now, the oil pump had locked up (crank driven)

YEAH ME!!!! I used all my years of automotive training and expertise to come up with those figures. :16suspect

Gotta admit just pulled those numbers out of my A#$. LOL.:)
That engines way out of my league.

Real nice numbers even if you where expecting a bit more. Im sure you'll be happy when it hits the track and you get it set up.

You know, I did run a 9.801 with the old motor so maybe the chassis is setup better than I thought, because just from the dyno pulls this motor although a little lower CR and slightly different cam looks to be more repsonsive than the old motor..................so as long as I can consistently get into the low 10's I'll be happy...............maybe I need to loose a little weight also.............and the new Global West front end should give the front end more articulation........................we will see.

Well just punching your numbers in on a couple of those calculator programs that judge from weight of car and flywheel hp they say anywhere from 9.37 to 9.75 so even with some fudge factor thrown in I dont think 10.s will be hard to achieve, more like staying in the 10.s will be harder.

I guess we will know shortly though :thumbs2:
