    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
    Even if your car was a beater they would still look at it. ;) my stock one got just as many looks as my blue one. People just don't see them anymore so it ALL cool! Where is the like button for this thread! $;)

    mine was bought new by a woman and I bought it from her 2 years ago. :dance: It is slowly morphing into a more manly car. :tiphat:

    20 years ago it was a different story....no one looked at Mavericks. I got way more looks with my 5.0L Mustang, which was my daily driver, and my Maverick was my Hot Rod.

    there is only about 12 n my city and mine is the only daily drive its on the road about every day. iv had the car 2 year in a small town and ppl still walk up and start talking and 30 mins later there still talking, then when u run in to someone that has a maverick we seem to talk for a few hour. try to run to the store and back in a hurry :hmmm:

    I love driving my old cars.Almost every time I drive the Maverick someone will comment on how nice it is(usually from afar, or they would never say that) or how they used to have one, or how popular they used to be. Supposedly, they were the "coal miners car of choice":hmmm:. I don't know if that's a good thing or not.:)
