While driving you can hit either turn signal and nothing, no blinking, the light does not even try to come on. The brake lights and running lights work fine.. Here's where it get's difficult ( for me anyways ).. With the brake lights on you can apply the turn signal and the brake light goes out ( no blinking, and no light ).. With the head lights on you can apply the turn signal and nothing happens ( the light stays on, but no blinking ).. And you can turn on your hazard lights and the lights stay on solid, no blinking.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I'm about to pull out what little bit of hair I got left.. lol..

Assuming no blown fuse, possibly the power feed from the flasher has a issue or there is a broken wire in the signal switch... It's fairly common for the green or blue wire at pivot to be broken inside insulation... The blue is power from flasher and green is from brake switch(definitely not your problem as brake lights work).. If the wire is problem and you can solder, it can be repaired...

Might be a good time to add a custom steering wheel!
