The more I think about it, the more I realize that the fastest car will probably be whoever can get there car to hook. I'm sure nobody is gonna prep the track so it will be extremely hard for the small tire cars to get traction. The orange car might outrun us all !!!

What's it take to prep the track? Maybe we can get these bozos to do that for us, if they can spell VHT.... ;)

<---isnt scared of the "orange car".lol if my dag-on starter wouldnt have given up i would have loved to get a spray pass next to him!!! thats a awful lot of chassis and ALOT of motor, not to mention 250 shot of sauce!! but damn did that thing hook on the street!!!! (whoops didnt mean to say that out loud :slap: ) LOL...

my poor little car prolly wont even get driven until the round up just so i dont take a chance of breaking anything... lol

John: "Race" is such a strong word. Let's say running up and down the strip, a little faster the farther I get down the strip.

Rick: Join the MCCI....you will learn all about the Round-Up Nationals. It is also on the MCCI website Calendar of Events.

I agree with Purple....that orange ain't that fast!

But he sure can get it too hook on the street.....right Jim? ;)

the track is going to be junk.......I was running 1.57 sixty foots all day(at Muncie), and the car runs 1.41 on a regular plain....just OK track. It will 1.39 if the track is good!

I am really just looking forwad to getting with everyone and hangin' out!
But the racing should be "something" to see. There is going to be some quick cars there.

Someone needs to make one of those smilly faces with a hand up in the air. That would be me. But only if there's a passenger seat this year.

Yes Dennis, there is a passenger seat this year. That was one of my "must do" things this winter.............somehow I do not think our trip down the road at the hotel was one of our smarter or safer moves of the weekend :slap:
