I'd rather drive it than sand it.

are you planning the same stripe scheme as you wife's Mustang? They would look freaking sweet next to each other.
I started a thread on my son and mine,s project so far it is looking good under the chrome. i was afraid i would find surprises in the corners and under the chrome, so far it looks great.no rust

I hope I did not mix you up with some one else on the mustang thing, I thought there was a pic posted of a 2009 stang that was the same color blue with black stripes.

Colors are very close i think, hers is Ford Grabber Blue, and the Mav is PPG evening Blue. The Mav was trimmed out in it's color a few years before i got the Stang for her.

Friggin SWEET, what kinda heads you got on there ? Reason i ask is because as you can tell from the pics of mine, the front is a lil low ( i cut half coil more than i should have ) i was thinking that a set of aluminum ones may bring mine up more to where i want it .

They are ProStar heads, I bought them off ebay from J&C cylinder head exchange, they where around $695.00 I,m pretty happy with them. Now my suspension is new, I put PST front springs and all new ball joints and bushings, the springs are V8 rated and uncut and the rear leaf is also new. when i got the car the suspension was shot. i only had 5.5 in of ground clearance, now it,s 11.0 in. My son has been trying to get me to tint the windows, I have been fighting him on but i love how it looks on yours so now it on my project list...LOL dam kids:rofl2:
