Ignition switch replacement

    Could just as easily be a lazy solenoid.

    Should verify there is delayed or instant voltage "S" post of solenoid. If delayed when key is turned switch is suspect, if instant, the solenoid is likely problem.

    Well it was the solenoid after all. Switched it out and the issue is gone. It was a newer solenoid so maybe it was just a bad one.

    Glad to hear you figured it out. I had 2 of Napa best solenoids that fell with then a couple of months. They don't make them like they use to.

    We work have our shop about 40 miles from the nearest parts store and only get two deliveries a day. When it comes to solenoids and relays we keep Cole Hersee products. We've had very few issues which is good as some of the equipment is demo equipment in contaminated zones where down time is not good.
