If there were two stop lights and he claims you refused to stop for over a mile, make him prove it. Idk about where you're from but i know most places have cameras at stop lights, and i also know most states there is a limit as to how long a cop can follow you prior to pulling you over for an offense...Do research, find an attorney, if there is more evidence for your case (cop behind you at a stop light, no lights on, and after where he quoted to clock you) then the better luck you have. Just watch yourself when you come to the Gathering. There's one heck of a lot of stoplights in Somerset...must be stoplight capitol of Ky.

 

I've never had that situation, But i deal with cops nearly every day for work so that was my first thought to do. Looks like you lucked out and didn't have to do any of it. Glad that you got out of the suspension. Keep the speed down, I learned that cops dont like young people in muscle cars very quick, I've been pulled over for 56 in a 55.
