    A 3.75 Backspace wheel will fit but i really don't think you will be able to stuff a 295/50 under it with a stock wheel well configuration.Thats a big tire! If you really like the wheels get them and look around for a worn out tire at a tire shop just to try on there to see if it will fit.

    That is why my front tires are not matched. I originally worked on the back and found some BFG T/A 245/60r15 and liked the way they fit, but thought I could squeeze in a little more. So I got 255/60 next time. Little rub on the fender lip, but corrected it with my Cal-Tracs.

    Then front wheels i tried 195/60r15 and way to skinny, and too low, and headers hit the ground on every bump. Now trying out 215/60r15. Much better. and I will probably keep this size when I buy new.

    Each used tire has run me about $25 each, and I got about 3000 miles out of the rear one before teaching my wife how to burn out. I also have about 4000 on the fronts, and still much wear left.

    I agree, that's an awful big tire. maybe a 255/60 or possibly 275/60:)
