Jim; we used a spray-in truck bedliner, that you get at AutoZone, etc. It is a good brand, and it adheres well, and dries to a good finish. Looks really nice. BTW, how's the neck....hope you get better soon.:)

Me too. The '74 would be back on the road in short order, probably with a fuel injected big block under the hood due to the lack of shock towers, and I know of about 6 Mavericks in GA and NC I would have a really hard time not buying. :)

All I can say is when I get some money, watch out...

I finally got back to working on the '77 Maverick this weekend. Ron Robison (ronr11) sent me two very good quarter panel pieces last weekend via Earl. Since I last took pictures, John had painted the interior Satin Black. Here's a picture or two of the painted doors and dash. I'll get better pics of the interior next time and show the painted dash from the windshield and from more inside the car. It is really a good color to go with the exterior color.

I also cut out the bad part of the passenger side quarter panel in preparation of welding in the new pieces. I applied the second coat of Rust Bullet in the trunk and then laid in fiberglass coated it with Rust Bullet. I think this is going to be a very good trunk pan repair. I will post pictures and detail the steps in another thread...if it works.:D
