So, I'm finally getting around to tackling this project. Thanks to everyone for the feedback and help! Actually got everything removed and cleaned up but after pulling all the bolts, I can't get the intake manifold to budge. I wanted to check if there were any tricks to getting it off before I start prying and break something.

If you've double checked all the bolts are out prying it is the trick.

If all the intake bolts are out, drive a big flat head screw driver into the front end gasket, under the intake, then pry up on it. If all the bolts are out, it'll be stuck, but prying it will break it loose.

Just don't stick something into one of the bolt holes and begin prying. I've seen the result when people try that!
