Neat, I thought about shortening a 4 door before too. I would draw a line down the center of both doors and remove the section between the lines.I actually bought one to play with that idea, among others, like making a Ranchero. Instead I sold the 4 door to Wes and he made a cop car out of it. Not cutting up my current 4 dr.
