bumpers are in the 1st stage

Well folks as i promised along time ago that i would get small bumpers made for our mavericks,it is DONE . A great American friend from this forum who believed my words to be true ,drove 100 miles from his town in California to Cid Martins Business and dropped off 2 mint chrome bumpers ,1 front and 1 rear and also another front and rear that are straight but not great chrome to be used as proto-types for a template ,Thank You Jay. The project is officially in progress as we speak.:yahoo:P,s ,i would have had this started months ago but with a race season and building a show car and putting on the 1st NAMCC meet there was only so much time in a week. I dropped off the front and rear bumper that needed re-chroming which included all the brackets, bolts, etc. I knew these to be completely straight and original. The re-chromed ones had been "straightened" but when I looked at them, there was still some twist to the front one.

With all the brackets and bolts, Cid can also take a look at the cost to make a complete set of brackets for those who need them as well.

Hopefully, this will work out to be doable. If not, that would be unfortunate but labor costs in this area are ridiculous. That would probably be the biggest part of the expense.
