I’ve taken on a Maverick project

    Those seats have the release levers to inside, are foldable.

    Same seats in my(orig) LDO Comet, were also used in '74 & '75 Grabbers.

    I believe the inside levers are for reclining the seat backs. Can't see the lever for forward tilt in the picture.
