    I sold it when the engine blew. :slap: ...If only I knew then what I know now.

    I could have just taken a good used 22RE from a pickup and swapped it in easy, probably wouldn't have taken a whole weekend. But I was 20, and although I tinkered with cars, I thought an engine swap was over my head.

    It was black, too. 5-speed, IRS, four discs. And so clean... :cry:

    heres on thats all its missing is a 302, its a 1976 toyota liftback celica USDM version. her name is celinor

    theres one guy who had put a 22rte (turbo) with LCengeneering internal parts into a 84 celica GTS convertable. that thing is a monster, has 400hp to the wheels and can go 150 mph no problem

    The TVR V8 is a Buick engine that GM discontinued in 62 and sold the design to British Leyland. They have used it in all sorts of vehicles since then, almost totally unchanged. BMW owns the design now and have finally made some updates.
