I forgot to buy some thinking I had some at home, and ended up using Hi-Temp Black. Should work for a while...

Hmmm, my chrome one with an o-ring has been on for about 6 or 7 years now, never leaked a drop. ('Course now that I said that... )

Mine has no O-ring...thought about it, then decided to go with the regular gasket.

So far, no problem, now that I use RTV.

You will see more posts if the RTV doesn't work, but so far, so good :)

If it leaks again, lose the chrome water neck & go with a stock cast-aluminum one...

I ket the stock one just in case. Nothing a little clean up with a wire brush/wheel wouldn't hurt...

when my original started leaking through the corroded pot metal, i bought the chrome one for about 20.00 with the oring. when the oring started leaking i bought another factory style for about 5.00 and painted it black. looks and works fine for me:huh:. anyone want the chrome one, free:D

o ring ones huh guys... that blue ones prudy but man to me and is probably swivel neck eh? but i hate o-rings they leak on me all the time! now i cursed you guys too! :p leak leak leak! :biglaugh:

not to meantion the bolts they give you never fit! you can't get an allen wrench in them and usually the bolts are too long and you have to cut them..

i always go with the chrome motorsport ones the surface is casted better use a gasket and copper rtv let it dry for a day and your set!
