Thnks for pics and info - everybody!

    But one Finnish maverick more; 9.5-9.6sec/ 1/4mile street-maverick with 351: http://www.nncgarage.com/slpics/2004/089ss04.jpg

Hey neighbours! Where are Swedish mavs and comets? You have also thousands "classic" us-cars there... You should have more than couple ones mavs/comets - I believe? I might need yours part cars (I need winshield and rearwindow trims (upper+sides) to my Comet). Everything else I already have... or I have to try to start hunting them from USA - somehow... :hmmm:

    Hey at last!
I live in finland and have one 1970 Maverick Grabber. It's under construction right now and it has a 302 and C4, but originally there has been 200cid with auto transmission. It still has original sports mirrors, rear spoiler, but has lost all emblems and front grille. 1970 mavericks are quite rare here in Finland. Well, all Mavericks are rare here.

Hello from Spain :) , I also have a '72 Maverick since 1992 (At that time I was 22 years old)

This is a photo from 1996 (with my bike that year)

The last mod that I will do to the car is the disk brake conversion (originally Drum brakes).

Greetings and sorry for my english.

Hi and welcome aboard :dancing: one more hidden treasure found in Europe:).
What kind of engine does your maverick have? 6 or 8 cylinder?

Is the 6 cylinders, the state of the car is very good, the maintenance of the car is made by my father who works all his life in american cars. In fact, is very usual to see collector's classics american cars in his garage

Thanks:D Actually bought the car in December, just took a while to get it over here
The paintjob really looks very good! I happen to love the 4 door cars as well:D
I've actually been checking out your gallery several times, but saw that you've added even more pictures since the last time i looked :D
Really wasn't aware that there were "so many" Comet's over here, thought everyone rather got Maverick's :p

There is a 72 in Malta that the owner is doing a V-8 swap on. He is looking for a 351 Windsor. He's not a member of this forum.
