    Just make sure that on air equipped cars, that you back fill the heater core if you do it that way to prevent an air pocket due to the location of the core and the heater control valve

    Too much burping. If you get a t stat with a bleeder or drill a 1/8" hole in it then just fill it, start it and top it.
    Also, I read that the leval is actualy 1" from the top of the opening. Of course this is for a stock application.
