You are correct ... those emblems are not very forgiving once they make contact with whatever you are sticking them too ...

They look great in these types of wheels ... especially when centered ...

I piddled with the button a little more tonight. The clear button is still out of round, but I did place the steer head a little better. I just couldn't go to bed knowing that Frank thought I was off center.

Looks good Terry (y). What ya gonna do with the Stallion center ? I'm building a "Pony" inspired Maverick. Might look good on the Grant I'm installing.
    Let me know.

Piddled with a is term used in the south for "messed with," "tinkered with," "played with," etc. It's like working on something, but not real seriously.

That is your lesson in Southern or Confederate for this weekend.:tiphat:

Ok you guys are going to hate me...I have 5 of those wheels, and the most i paid was 10$.My 79 Bronco came with one,my neighbor was scrapping a Mustang 11 and gave me that one,was at a Chevy friends one day and he had one on the wall from a Granada ESS and gave me that one,was at a swap meet found the 10$ one and bought one for 5$ at a local scrap yard.I also have 3 or four without horn buttons.Just remember these wheels with the horn button came in Granadas,Broncos and Mustang 11's so look at everything when your walking around junk yards. Also the leather wrap on the wheels starts to peel off you can tear it all off and still use it,it's just very stiff foam rubber under there, thats the way the one in my 79 F150 is. P.S i'm not raining on your parade you got a good deal i've seen these for 40.00 to 60.00 bucks before i'm just very cheap and patient.Derek
