Making Custom Grills

    Just a thought to help with the center cut and fit. How about taking a piece of the 1/2 inch that you used along the top and bottom and bend it down the middle to match the angle of the grill and then you can cut the angles that you need to get your compound angles and cover them up and provide something to weld them to. It should give you more strength and hide the difference in the mesh spacing. Just a thought, but it is good to see getting creative with their projects. :tiphat:

    I like it. Nice and clean. I think I'd like it better in black, with black headlight bezels, but the silver looks good. Can we get a shot with the hood closed, and step back a little?

    I made some modifications to the grill to make it sit flat on the rock guard. I am about to go out and take some pics of the black one, which looks a little nicer. Still working kinks out of my system.

    my grilles are 4ft wide by about 6.5 inches tall with the trim and I used a black sharpie cardstock and tin snips to get my headlight cutout

    I just noticed the left headlight is turned slightly counter clockwise..
