Is there any place that sells that pro stock hood that dyno don used to race on his pro stock maverick? I want one of those Ryan
man i just got a hood from us body and that thing didn't fit worth a jack! not to sure how yours fit but i meet some other guy with the same hood and he had the same problem as me. ok yeah the finish was better then most i have seen but the cowl didn't fit at all. i had to cut it so the cowl on the hood wouldn't hit the cowl on the car... and it had nothing to do with the hinges either... besides $459.00 plus shipping $150.00 plus the body work with out paint $100.00 = yep $709.00 hood! thats only $91.00 less then what I paid for my Maverick. hopefully i'll have a solution to all the crap out there in about 2 months... i'm working on something right now. however back to the orginal question... i think MAS carries the scoop your looking for... however there stuff is worse then anything. my buddy ordered a cobra jet scoop from them and it was horrid!!! he coundn't give the thing away.. he ended up throwing it out! my suggestion.. get a realone or a real repo if you can find one.. nothing fits like the real thing!
