    Gidday Guys,
I have a 1970 Maverick that I'm putting a Cleveland and 4 Speed Top loader in.
I bought my car in about 6 cardboard boxes and a gutted rolling body...
Im about to start putting it back together..some parts are real obvious where they go
but some are real cryptic..is there a manual available that shows how each area is
assembled..maybe an exploded view that I can buy?
Also I've found my first missing part ..the pedal box..would any of you Mav owners have
a manual pedal box I could buy or an automatic one I could add an extra pedal to?
I live in New Zealand but have a freight consolidator in Portland that if I get it freighted
to him will organise the International shipping to me..

    Thanks

Might be a good idea to post this in the wanted section of this site.

The early Maverick with the ignition switch on the dash used a different pedal box than the later Maverick with the switch on the steering column. One of the differences is bolt hole location to mount the column to the pedal box. The bolts are half inch closer together for the skinny column without the switch. I don’t know how much trouble it would be to make the late pedal box fit an early ’70...it could be simple or it could be a can of worms. I do know that you can add a late 70-72 clutch pedal to the late 70-72 automatic pedal box, but you can’t add a clutch pedal on a 74-up automatic pedal box without re-inventing the wheel. I have a few exploded views on my website. Exploded Views (1bad6t.com)
