Just got in, and this thread got me to thinking.....Frank always leaves before the real work starts. Guess you can't get blamed for anything if you aren't there!!!!!
Anyway, we got Dan's car all welded up, cleaned up and back together. That is a real nice ride. I think Terry got some pics of all our cars together, at lunch, at about 4:30pm, just as Frank called. We all had a good time, and a good day. Many thanks to Bill Hawkins, Terry's Dad, for providing the place and equipment to do the work.

There was a little work. Here's the proof. We'd had more proof, but Earl left his camera at home and I didn't hand him mine until we were about through.:banghead::slap:

There's also a pic of the block of which I'm the chip. Thanks, Dad for 40 plus years of accumulatiing tools and letting us use them.

I'll post some additonal pics of our welding job when I get a new computer. I was installing a new video card tonight and accidentally unplugged the cooling fans on my processors (was a dual processor Mac). The computer hung and I smelled something burning. Won't even boot up now ... guess I cooked it. Just bought another on eBay so hopefully I'll be up and running in a week. For now ... I'm posting from my spare Windoze machine but it doesn't have much capability ...
