You were just minutes away from the house, old Denton & Hebron Rd. Thanks for the link, I did not know anything about this. I will have to get permission, as it is the same day as my anniversary.

My second job was right at Whitlock and Denton.. Whitlock is Sandy Lake on the other side of 35 as you probably know. The meet is right there on the right just past 35.. Man I wish I was that close lol

I wouldn't put generic crap on my car when I can get the real stuff. :rofl2:..
If you get a chance see if you can get a price. Maybe even get a small sample piece to compare them with.

It's exactly the same, we use to install it at the dealership I worked at.

    How many centuries ago? :p
I still wonder how much it costs.. Especially the four pointed ends.

The pointed ends are just v cut, and pushed together, then glued. You can see the cut in the chrome, on the picture in the auction.

The black insert seems blunt and rounded and has grain in it. I do see the chrome part looks like it is glued but doesn't look like something done by hand to me..

The adhesive tape is bad.. I can get new adhesive..
The molding it self looks similar to what is on the shelf at Oreiley, just slightly different. The chrome on theirs looks silver and the rubber insert is rounded completely where these have a about 1/16" flat after the rounded surface. Their surface is not grainy. The pic online looks to have grain but what I saw was smooth.
