My valve covers are taller than stock and the breather filter in the front driver side will hit it if I don't pull it out at an angle. Notice that I put that one bolt in upside down to give me a little more clearance. If I wanted, I could move those tabs further out to clear the valve covers. Not sure about power brakes, but you could easily drill a different hole, or mount that plate in upside down and move the longer bar further to the center of the car. With simple instructions, any of these could be given to the fabricator and fine adjustments could be made (if he is willing to do it). Or you could fine-tune tweak them yourself when you get them.

i made these to fit my car which has ac. after looking at scott's installed, the mc bar could be moved closer to the front of the car. this might allow more clearance for tall valve covers. scott bring your car up sometime, and we can move it if you want. i think the rear bars need to be a little longer.

I like it where it is. My valve breather comes out fine, but it could be a problem for some people with a little different setup.

I have absolutely no complaints regarding my setup. I am VERY pleased.
