mustang 5.0 exhaust manifolds

    Would I gain any power by swapping my stock exhaust manifolds to the late model tubular exhaust manifolds? I see a lot of these for free. Is this a cheap alternative to headers or a waste of time?

    they won't fit to the best of my.knowledge.
