    The exhaust manifold painted in high heat flat aluminum then painted in a gloss aluminum and the best part the chrome valve cover:):dancing:

    yup! thats like my old six. it ran amazing but it didn't look anywhere as nice as yours lol!

    Lol I got some parts from a guy(fenders,grabber hood,wheels), trying to make it look nice. I might bring it to the Colby car show next year with Cliff.:) Got to convince my mom to drive it down there tho

    Today I got all the lines hooked up(fuel line, all the rad stuff, the vac lines) thanks to my moms boyfriend giving me guidance:thumbs2: and well of course the Chilton's Maverick & Comet 1970-77 repair & tune-up guide. Delivery of new parts tomorrow cant wait.:yahoo:

    Looking really good, Colby is a long time away and at the rate you are going it will be a new car by then. Glad you youngsters are taking interest in older cars (Mavs and Comets) and getting your hands dirty. :thumbs2:

    Heck maybe you could talk mom into bringing it down to the mini meet in Issaquah on July 26th, we need to help Coop out and have a good turnout so they will continue to have a class for Mavericks and Comets.
