Ok Gene - my radiator is just a touch under 2" thick (1-15/16) and from the front of the heatsink hub to the radiator fins is 2-1/4 almost exactly. So leaving around 1" for clearance there is at least 1-1/4" of clearance there. I'm also running stock Ford serpentine non-AC pulleys, which are pretty thin on the face.
