Today I made a little change on the crossover pipe and then started working on the downpipe..... It's almost done, it goes back right to the crossmember..... Tomorrow I will get it through the crossmember and put a v-band flange on it somewhere in the starter area!!!!!

Here's where I cut the crossover apart and then another with the new piece.....

Here's whats done on the down pipe so far.....

There's plenty of room there..... Just think about a long tube header, 4 1.625" tubes snaking all around the starter before going into the collector..... Mine will just have a single 3" tube, I'll put closer to the frame rail then the starter..... and thanks again.....

Looks great! I can only hope my car turns out as good as yours one day. What size wastegate and down pipe are you running.

As always, looks awesome Frank! Are you worried about the down pipe heat affected your water pump pulley and belt?

    Thanks.....

Not at all..... For one the small cog pulley in the pic's with a water pump drive is what I will be using and it is not that close to the pipe..... The pipe will also be coated in black 2400+ deg ceramic which I have used before, you can damn near toch the pipe right after a pass at the track..... Also the electric fan will be blowing across this area which also helps.....

Rainy day and nuthin' to do but weld, eh, Frank.

Stay safe and dry buddy, weather is picking up.

I just spent 3 hours moving band equipment to higher ground. Not what I wanted to do with a Sunday ... but, it's all good here.
