I did get some stuff apart last weekend, and ordered some parts..... Hopefully this time around will cure some problems..... I am currently sitting in Tennessee and will be getting back to it next weekend..... I am also thing of just changing it back to gas(it not the easiest thing getting the E85 around me, there's basically only one station even close)..... And I can just up the water/meth injection a little more.....

Here's some pic's of how the car sits at the moment.....

    Nice update, Frank!

Too bad about the limited availability for E85. As you already know.. turbos love the stuff and your tuneup improves in power and/or safety margins. But of course all that means next to nothing when you have to drive too far to even find it and just inevitably reduces the amount of fun miles the car gets driven every year.

There are a lot of benefits with E85 as long as you can get it..... I was hesitant when I decided to go with it in the first place due to availability, but I had one place locally and they had another station close to Bradenton Motorsports Park so I said what the hell..... Problem is the station in Bradenton change from E85 to non ethanol..... I do have the car set up with an ethanol sensor so the tune will adjust according to ethanol content, only problem there is I don't like the fuel being inconsistent all the time(it could possibly bite me in the ass sometime).....

Because I have been using E85 I am only using about 2/3 the amount of water/meth I should be for my power level..... So if I use pump gas I can up the water/meth..... We will just have to see what happens when I get everything back together again.....

Made some progress this weekend...... Sat I got everything removed from the trunk that would be in my way..... Then I cut out the material that the Mustang gas tank mounted to, so I can build a new structure to hold the new fuel cell and rearrangement of other things in the trunk.....

    Progress pic's.....

Then Sunday I cleaned up all the cut off tubes where they were attached to the frame, and trimmed the opening a little..... After that I started building the new structure.....

    Sunday progress.....

Well, I did nothing to it last weekend..... I didn't really feel like working on this weekend either, but I did piddle around the under hood area..... I removed the fuel lines from the shock tower bulkheads, took out the bulkhead fitting and enlarged the return line hole for -8an..... Then I went ahead and got the valve cover bolted back on, reinstalled the coils, fuel injectors and rail..... I made a new hose from the back of the driver side rail to the regulator(use to go to the ethanol sensor)..... I also changed the spark plugs..... And I removed the charge pipe so I can add another water/meth nozzle to it in front of the throttle body..... All things that needed to be done before it's gets fired up again, also things I didn't have to roll around on the ground to do.....

Got a little more done this past weekend..... Finished changing the fuel lines around under the hood, plus I got them routed and attached under the car back to just in front of the rear end.....

I did fit the main part of the fuel cell shield, and made the patterns for the caps on both sides..... I'll get those made this week.....

I also got the reinforcement welded in, cleaned up, drilled, tapped and the tube repainted..... Now it's ready for another water/meth nozzle.....

Here's what the fuel lines under the hood look like now.....
