I just don't think I want to fool with it, I have another interest coming and will focus all my attention and money on the new projects, kind of feeling like been there, done that, whats next thing Mo' Money was a good car, I liked it very much, but it's time to move on to Yo' Money and to help out with the MaviGT build, I will build another Mo' later on down the line, the right Grabber will come along and I'll do it then.
Just noticed something when I checked out that site... There's another one on there claiming to be a 1969... except it's a 4 door... Also noticed the VIN starts with "F6"... 1976 Mav, not 69 lol! http://www.copart.com/c2/homeSearch...e2s1&lotId=16438702&returnPage=SEARCH_RESULTS Edit: I just sent them an email explaining their error
They've just read the "F" off the vin tag on the dash, it's a common mistake for people that don't deal with these cars.
Hey Roger I was in Tally yesterday and ran into a friend who is a wrecker driver. He told me about a blue maverick that was at Coparts in Midway. I was planning on going to look at it but guess i don't have to now. ray
Nope, it's mine, or was mine, this next one will be an easier build, I have some shade and a dry place to work on it now!
Come on now if your bidding, PM me and let me know, I won't let it go for under $500.00 to someone thats not in here as that amount is what I offered the insurance company for it, I really don't want to bid on it but there is that much in parts that I can use, if someone in here is bidding on it I don't mind staying out of it, but ya gotta let me know, I won't bid against anyone in the forum. It ends today!!!
Somebody just put me onto a couple of pretty nice small bumper cars I'm trying to get a deal worked out on. One with what appears to be a very good grabber hood. Pics look pretty good for the price. I'd say go for it if you can get it for what you want. Good luck
All I can say is that if somebody actually pays that much for that car they are going to be very disappointed when they get it. Maybe they didn't look at the pics. There are some great deals out there...and that would NOT be one of them.
Damn $2100.00, somebody wanted it pretty bad, not for me at that price, I am negotiating still on a white 1969/1970 Maverick, it's the one with the red interior, the front bumper is really nice and thats pretty much what I want out of the deal, on the other stuff I have to give mavigtgirl first dibs but she does not like red at all.
