    Want AC

Okay, I really need ac on the Comet. I have all the parts to add factory AC. But I would have to change the dash with the ac vent in the center. I don't know if I want to remove the perfect dash in it. My questions would be:
    1. Could I change to the package tray without a center vent?
    2. Go to an after market like Vintage air unit?
    3. Or, just suffer through the Texas heat?

You can't suffer through that Texas heat. I vote for AC. I would probably change the dash, but I know that would not be an easy task. Plus...you would have to move the VIN.

I may try it without ac this summer before tearing into the dash. If I keep it at 60 mph, I think I can take the heat.

I am checking on under dash units too.

I need to buy me a Grabber with ac for the summer and keep the Comet for spring and fall.
