    that's what i was thinking. a full length console with drink holder or something in the rear. maybe just two small slots for seat belts would look good? like the early stangs have in their consoles..... :huh:

    put a new master cylinder on my car today and started pumping the brakes to see which line(s) would bust and of course, the hose on the rear end went. looked at it and noticed it had a bracket holding it to the rear end. well, that's odd and ive never seen it on a mav. so dont some investigating and come to find out, someone put a 67-70 Mustang/Cougar rear end in my '72 :16suspect

    who knows what else ill find with this car, lol

    yup... i just cant help but wonder why someone would swap it out. it's an 8", non-posi with the same oh' 2.79 gears... unless someone actually broke an 8" :huh:


    and these must be popular with the Mustang guys, huh?

    dropped in the engine and trans today, tied up some loose ends, installed carb and manifolds, along with starter. will install the harness and everything tomorrow, gets some pics and hopefully fire it up if the rain holds off some :)
