I just want to say thank you to ALL my fellow Maverick owner and fans that have given advise and input, helping me to complete my T5 install..... I am in the very final stages of completion which i hope i can wrap up by the end of the weekend.
    From my experance so far........
    - Modern Driveline has all the parts to complete your T5 Swap
    - Manual 3 speed w/V8 to T5 will require the drive shaft to be shortened by 1" inch for a "proper fit"
    - 71Gold (member on here) has a crossmember kit that works, i needed to trim and modify alittle but it looks good.
    - brought new bolts to attach the T5 adapter plate to my old bellhousing, socket head cap. One of the ribs inside the bell was to close to the hole for the bolts provided by MDL to be tighten down using a socket.
    - T5 shifter comes up thru the floor pretty much center of the trans tunnel and with room for me to keep my bench seat (seat pushed all the way back).
    - Manual clutch linkage FROM my 3 speed is what i will be using, added a radial bearing in place of nylon ball and bushing at the pivot point on the engine block side.... seems pretty solid so far will post updates later. http://mmb.maverick.to/threads/mustang-steve-clutch-roller-bearing.44975/#post-579206

    - installed 8" LSD with 3.25 gears
    - new flywheel to go with the clutch set from MDL.
Will post a few more once i test drive and get the green light......

Got the crossmember in with some moving and adjusting..... if you have dual exaust it can be a struggle but do'able.... had to drop the exaust and lift the trans a little.
Took it out for a short ride, i guess it's going to take some getting use to..... sounds different, feels different..... Reverse on my 3 speed is where 1st is on the T5 so thats going to take some re-learning...... Jus need to make sure my fluids are topped off, spilled some on the install and then i can work on the 500 mile break-in...

    - It is 500 miles on the break in right???
    - My clutch engages so high off the floor..... suggestions anyone????
