   This is what I have found to be the biggest design flaw. Stuff gets in there and then will get wet and rot it out. Pine needles are the worst as they really don't breakdown fast and fall through the vent slats real easy.
   
   I'm thinking window seal, since he did the bucket of water into the cowl and it was OK.

   yes but i did spray the window with the hoes pretty good and nothing in the car. i looked in my cowl and it has leaves in it but there dry and daed. im gonna blow them out with the air compressor tommorow.
