Need some disassembly help

    I took these, maybe it give you a heads up on what or how to get to the point on re-felting the sockets. First tip is cold plastic will crack easier than warm plastic. Next tip...take your time pushing the metal ring out and try to stay square and not cock the ring or the plastic may crack. I used a small hammer and flat head screwdriver, a drift punch will work too. Mark the ring so you can put it back in the same location where it came. I used DAP Weldwood Contact Cement to glue the felt. Felt come in two thickness. If using the thin felt then double two strips of felt on top of each other. If you happen to crack the plastic...Krazy Glue (not Super Glue) can fix the problem and nobody will never notice the crack.
