It's that time of year. Lots of GREAT weather....and the weather conditions combined with the shortened daylight/sun angle work together for excellent track surface conditions. We see lot of track records and personal best ET's and MPH set this time of year....and some guys (especially with the modded stock block F150 Lightnings) see more windowed blocks this time of year as well...again due to excellent weather conditions. The 2-3 shift on the Lightnings do them in. Detonates a little bit and there goes one of those cheezy powdered metal rods. Every summer I want to mod mine a little but then in the fall/winter when I see/hear/read of so many blown engines, I thank myself for leaving it STOCK!

To the OP...congrats. That is a nice car....and nice timeslips to go along with it!
