well, although I think a girl named Rick would be kinda hot; this is not the case. In the mid 90's, my brother Rick was diagnosed with ALS. At the time he was living in Louisiana. We moved him back up here and while he was still able to get around; he (we) decided to get into a hobby together so we could spent time with each other.....thats where PINKYcame in. We put his name on the car as a show of love and it helped him feel like he was in the car. Rick is gone now, but his name will always be on the car somewhere. I could take it off the window, but for some reason I am feeling wierd about doing that its one of the few things I have left to remind me of him.
That's awesome! I am sure your brother enjoyed the time he had with you and the car. I would never take that sticker off if it were my brother. I don't mean to sound dumb, but what is ALS? I hope Rick did not suffer too much. I have a fairly rare disease in my spine and brain call arachnoiditis. I had never heard of that until I was diagnosed with it. He is in a better place now, that's for sure. I commend you for showing your brother some good times and taking him in to your home while he was sick. Most families nowadays are not that close. He must have been tough. Nerve pain is the absolute worst, I know it all too well. My disease will most likely never kill me but I suffer every day. Here is a link to describe my illness.
